About
Samet Çilingir is Head of Infrastructure at Grandhelm. He owns the firm's technical bar, ensuring transformation programmes are architected to scale, operate reliably, and compound value rather than create technical debt. Samet's foundation is built where reliability is non-negotiable. For the past four years he has been a DevOps and Software Engineer at ASML, designing cloud and Kubernetes platforms for the company that makes the semiconductor lithography machines the global chip industry depends on. Before that, he spent nine years at Anadolu University running infrastructure for an open-education platform serving 1.2 million users, managing the full stack from bare-metal Kubernetes and HA PostgreSQL clusters to Vault, observability, and IAC pipelines. The result is an infrastructure leader equally comfortable with cloud-native greenfield builds and the messy hybrid realities of established enterprises.
