One playbook, proven plant by plant.

Most plants run on data that describes the software they bought rather than the operation they run. We fix that in one sequence: see the operation, know what could stop it, install the backbone, know the true cost, then move the numbers. Twelve starting points, none off a shelf, each scoped and built with your team.

How engagements end

The measure of our success is your independence. We build systems your team runs and understands, and we step back when the operation no longer needs us day to day. What remains is an advisory relationship or, where an owner has chosen it, a long-term partnership.

Where it lands

Measured on the factory floor. Visible in the accounts.

Cost, quality and lead time decide orders. Throughput, scrap, on-time delivery and working capital decide whether those orders make money. We speak the factory floor's language and the board's: the work is delivered in operational terms, and it shows up where the CFO looks, in margin, cash and EBITDA.

  • Throughput

More sellable output from the same lines, because planning runs on real capacity and real routings.

  • Quality and scrap

Fewer wrong picks and less rework, because every production order starts from a governed, current bill of materials.

  • On-time delivery

Promises made against actual capacity, and kept: the order book, the plan and the factory floor describe the same reality.

  • Working capital

Stock, purchasing and receivables managed against live operational information, current the day you act on it.

How we charge

Priced the way an owner would price it.

  • Fixed fee

The operating review, the risk and scenario work, each backbone installation, the infrastructure design, the costing and supply chain work, the reporting pack, the in-house AI build and an embedded role for its period are scoped and priced before work begins.

  • Outcome-linked

In the plant performance programme and in a turnaround, part of our fee is tied to the baseline we agreed. We earn it when the numbers move.

  • Participation

Where an owner prefers a partner to a supplier, we take part of our return in the business itself.

Approach

How an engagement runs.

  1. 01

    Review

The operating review: a few weeks on the factory floor, mapping how the operation actually runs and where the records disagree with reality. It ends in a ranked, sized list of interventions: a decision document, not a slide deck.

  2. 02

    Agree the scope

Together with the leadership team, we choose what to fix first and define the deliverables, timeline and success measures before work begins.

  3. 03

    Deliver

We embed with your team and ship working systems that run inside your plants from the day they land: governed data, live information, automated processes.

  4. 04

    Step back

We train your team to run and evolve what we built together. Success is when the operation no longer needs us day to day, and we remain at your side as advisors or, where an owner has chosen it, as long-term partners.

Next step

See your operation clearly first.

Every engagement begins with the operating review: a few weeks on the factory floor, ending in a ranked, sized picture of where the operation stands. It starts with a one-day systems health check, at no cost.
